As a permitted operator within the boundaries of, and under the rules and regulations of, the US Federal government and the National Parks, Go Wild is bound by our signed Commercial Use Agreement to abide by decisions made by Federal, State, and local authorities, land management agencies and any other government agencies.
Therefore, Go Wild shall not be liable for delays, modifications, cancellations or resulting decisions made by the above listed entities, or any other issues beyond Go Wild’s control, including but not limited to: trail closures, government shutdowns, labor strikes, public health emergencies, natural disasters, terrorism and/or security threats, wildfires, smoke, unsafe air quality or impending dangerous weather conditions, airport closures or other transportation disruptions, or other events beyond Go Wild’s control.
If Go Wild is unable to operate a trip as advertised due to a force majeure event, Go Wild may offer: an alternate itinerary of comparable value; or a trip credit equal to 110% of the amount paid to Go Wild. Go Wild reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, routes, and trip logistics when reasonably necessary to protect guest safety or comply with government or land-management requirements.
Go Wild STRONGLY recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance, when properly researched, can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation expenses, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is relatively inexpensive when considering the total costs of travel — flights, taxis, shuttles, luggage delays — not to mention the time investment.
Go Wild recommends SoVenture, an adventure-focused insurance company for active travelers. Go Wild recommends that guests select a CFAR policy (Cancel For Any Reason). Guests can choose other travel insurance companies. Guests are solely responsible for determining the coverage that best meets their needs.
